How would you like to play the part of my Not-So-Secret Shoppers & help me look for something I am searching for rather desperately?

All right, not desperately, but eagerly… :paranoid

I am looking for brand new copies of
The Boyfriend School on DVD.

True, I have several already.  One copy in my personal collection & a couple extras that I like to use as giveaways & such.  Because this is only the best romantic comedy ever—for a romance writer like myself, anyway. :Pretty

But who knew that they’d end up going out-of-stock?  Or that copies would begin to sell on Amazon & such for nearly $50. :whhhat   So now I’m really sorry I didn’t buy all the copies I could have when I first had the chance.

As I said, I’ve searched online, & they’re quite pricey.  But what I’m asking you to do is keep an eye out when you’re running around shopping at Wal-Mart & Target & such.

You know how they have those $5 DVD bins?  Uh-huh. :thumbsup   Keep an eye out for those & see if you spot any copies of The Boyfriend School lurking inside.

If you do find them—especially for the bargain price of $5—buy them all!  I will totally reimburse you for the DVDs, as well as postage to mail them to me.

I would even be willing to pay up to about $10 for new copies of the movie, but if they’re going to be more expensive, then the quantity may need to be adjusted.  You know what I mean—if they’re $5 each, I’ll take 10 or even 15…if they’re going to be $10 each, then I may only want to splurge for 5 or 6.

But if you see them, grab them, please!  Mistress Heidi & I would be ever so grateful if you did. :notworthy

Confession #72 — Most times, I cannot tell the difference between Timothy Olyphant, Karl Urban, & Josh Duhamel.

There, I’ve said it.  I know they’re all pretty decent actors who have starred in some action/adventure films I’ve quite enjoyed.  Transformers, Doom, um…something else, I’m sure.  And if pressed, I think I’d say Josh Duhamel is my favorite.  But I’m afraid if you put me in a room with them…well, I would a very happy woman, no doubt  :eeee …but I’d be hard-pressed to fill out their “Hello, my name is…” badges correctly, let me tell you.

Can you tell them apart?

Whether or not you can, this month I’m going to let you pick which of the three actors is your favorite, & he gets to be our Hunk of the Month for March.

I’ve been talking a lot lately about a Top Secret Project I’ve been working on. Well, it’s finally finished.  Mostly. :tpspspspt   And while I still need to discuss it with Editor B to get his stamp of approval before I can “make it so,” I thought it would be fun to see if you guys can guess what it is, exactly, I’ve been working on in such secrecy.

This might be kind of difficult, though, so I’ll offer a few hints.

Hint #1 — It has to do with my second Kensington Brava release, MUST LOVE VAMPIRES, which will be out in October 2011.

Hint #2 — I didn’t start it (or even think of it, really) until after MUST LOVE VAMPIRES had been turned in.

Hint #3 — The Top Secret, MUST LOVE VAMPIRES-related project is for you!  (i.e. readers)

A name will be drawn from all Darlings who guess what the Top Secret Project might be—or at least get really, really close.  That person will win a set of chocolate playing cards to go with my Vegas-based vampire romance!  (Yes, that would be MUST LOVE VAMPIRES. *g*)
