required Dungeon viewing
Word of the Week: What Would Jesus Text? — Simple text messaging etiquette—do not send text messages that might hurt another person or ruin their reputation. Stop and think: ” WWJT?”
So how many of you have seen the adorable animated film Igor?
I love this movie so much! And the funny thing is that I actually avoided it for a really long time. I kept seeing that it was on TV, but even though I knew John Cusack voiced one of the characters, I just couldn’t work up the enthusiasm to actually watch it.
And then one day I did!
What an idiot I was not to watch it sooner! Dumber than the majority of Igors this movies is about! :beerlaugh
Which is why Mistress Heidi & I have decided to make Igor Required Dungeon Viewing. That’s right…watch it or face the consequences. And they could be brutal.
Seriously, though, how could you possibly resist a movie that’s laugh-out-loud funny, chock full of evil, & even has a character named Heidi walking around? An evil Heidi, no less!
Not only that, but it has more fabulous lines than you can shake a whip at. For instance:
“Not the smartest scientist. His last invention was an evil lasagna. Didn’t kill anyone, & it actually tasted pretty good.”
“So how do we get this evil bone up & running, huh? We kick it, we slap it, we take it to the movies & call it Irene?”
“It would be really swell if you didn’t go psycho girlfriend on me right now.”
“Hey, I don’t come down to where you work &…oh, that’s right. You don’t work.”
“Wait—no kissing Heidi!”
:beerlaugh What can I say—it’s a hoot! You must, must see it as soon as possible, if you haven’t already.
The Mistress has spoken. :devil
Now go, watch, enjoy… You will not be sorry.
happy Sunday
Happy Sunday, everyone! I hope you all remembered to set your clocks ahead an hour for Daylight Saving Time. And ugh…can I just tell you how unhappy I am that we’re losing an hour this time around? Blech. :mad
But let’s do our best to rub the sleep from our eyes & focus on happy-happy things, shall we?
I am happy that it’s almost Spring! Yes, the recent resurgence of nasty winter weather has set us back a bit, but I still maintain that Spring is nearly here! I’ve even seen a couple of robins already…who must be kicking themselves for coming back to Pennsylvnia so early. LOL
I am happy that the cover for my June Harlequin Desire, HER LITTLE SECRET, HIS HIDDEN HEIR, has been touched-up just enough to make me love it! I can’t show it to you yet, but when I first saw it, the hero looked so darn young! Seriously, we are talking the-kid-who-mows-your-lawn, Lifetime-movie-Too-Young-to-be-a-Dad young. Harlequin agreed with me when I pointed that out, though, & did a little artistic magic to make the guy look…maybe not older, but more mature. I swear, I can’t figure out what the heck they did to change it, but it made all the difference & I absolutely love it now! The baby, especially, is too adorable for words. I can’t wait to share it with you!
I am happy that I got a sneak peek at the back cover copy for my October Kensington Brava, MUST LOVE VAMPIRES, & it is fabulous! (I’ll be sharing that soon, too! :dancing )
I am happy I got my revisions for MUST LOVE VAMPIRES finished & turned in, & they’ve been approved. Woot! (I just love getting things done & being able to cross them off my To Do list! :thumbsup )
And finally, I am happy to have all—well, most, anyway—of my annual doctor, dentist, & eyeball appointments out of the way. Yay!
Your turn! What are you happy & grateful for this week?

sexy fail
St. Patrick’s Day is just around the corner, so I thought we’d begin our celebration a bit early.
Whoops, sorry about that. I thought it would be more fun & less…scary. :crazy
