Adorable puppy. As a mom of a mixed son… I wish everyone would learn to feel that way. Maybe one day we can all except people for their differences instead of wanting everyone to be the same.
I just love something I saw on Twitter this week (& that I’m going to try to track down & post here &/or on FB one of these days) that said, “We’re all just human beings.” Why can’t we remember that instead of constantly breaking things down to black/white, Democrat/Republican, Catholic/Muslim… Know what I’m saying? :stinky:
Let’s get back to basics: WE ARE ALL JUST HUMAN BEINGS. (Even if some of them are assholes…but that’s a different can of worms. :voodoo: )
Exactly. I don’t care what race, ethnicity, religion, political party or sexual preference is. I’ll be as nice to you as you are to me. We all want the same things…happiness, healthy family, and love. We need to build each other up and stop tearing those different from us down.
This. I always try to treat people with kindness & respect—& I don’t care who you are. I love the saying that you can tell the measure of a man (or woman ;)) by how he treats those who can do nothing for him…not the higher-ups he’s trying to impress.
But if you’re a jerk or turn out to be an asshole…oh, honey, I can play that game, too. :voodoo:
