Fizzy Ghoul Cocktail

1 black licorice wheel
1/4 cup (2 oz.) melon-flavored liqueur
1/4 cup (2 oz.) lemon-lime carbonated beverage
ice

Place licorice wheel in bottom of martini glass.
In chilled cocktail shaker, pour liqueur and carbonated beverage.
Add ice.
Shake.
Pour into glass.
Serve immediately.
