happy St. Patrick’s day
So what are your plans for this fine Irish holiday? Other than the usual, that is… :beerlaugh
Since my upcoming Harlequin Desire (HER LITTLE SECRET, HIS HIDDEN HEIR — June 2011) has a heroine who runs a bakery, my plan is to start posting recipes here in The Dungeon very, very soon. And then it occurred to me—I could post a really fun, colorful recipe today, in honor of St. Patrick’s Day. So consider this a sneak peek at the yumminess to come… ![]()

1 (3.4-ounce) package vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
1/3 cup water
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
3 to 4 drops green food coloring (optional)
1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed – divided use
