I have about 9,042 things to do today, so I’ve gotta make this quick. Luckily, even when I’m fast, I’m fabulous. :howyoudoin (Sorry, I couldn’t resist. :devil )

Haha! So glad, Donna. I’m not even a huge Star Trek fan, but I thought it was adorable. I’ve even taken to calling my “soft kitties” Tribbles once in a while. :happysun

These are great and I so needed them. Severe storms (lots of wind, lightning, thunder and rain as in 2 inches in about 45 minutes and some more on the way) woke us up early, then my computer became very ill (fortunately the Geniouses at Apple can see my baby today). I refuse to challenge the fates any more today.
The second one reminded me of my idea i had years ago to open a restauraunt next to Hooters called Peckers and it would have a woodpecker (like Woody) as the mascot.

Oh, man, you should have seen the storm we had today. Same deal. And I was out in it! With windows left open at home. :patrick4 But no damage done, thank goodness. Just a lot of wetness to dry off.
Now, why can’t we have a Peckers around here? That’s a restaurant I would definitely frequent. Even if the food was terrible. :adevil2

We must have sent you that rain. Sorry. The weird thing is that the area that had the most damage from it never had a severe thunderstorm warning. Some areas around us had up to 5 inches of rain in about 3 hours. UofL had to cancel classes for half the day because streets were flooded and no one could get to class. Where I’m at I think we got just about 2 1/2. It woke poor B’girl up. There’s a pic on FB where she fell asleep (and then fell off the couch) because of the early hour. My usually up and at’em kid slept through the whole thing and even slept in a bit.
Glad you made it home safe and sound and you didn’t have any damage. That is not the kind of clean up I like doing.

The Cookie Monster one is definitely my fave, cuz that is ALWAYS how things turn out when you try to make/decorate something you see in a magazine. The “Nailed it” caption is just too much. :lolol

I wonder how many people get the Star Trek funny. I think The Big Bang Theory might have reached it’s peak, but I still enjoy it…and kind of cringe at how much of the geek stuff I know and appreciate.
