Happy Sunday

Happy Sunday Pictures, Images and Photos

Well, I think it’s pretty obvious that the thing I’m most excited about this week is our new digs.  I am just over the moon delighted about how beautiful it is, & how nice it is to finally have our fun, sexy playground back.  And wait until you see some of the things Darling Jeannie says we can do with this in the future…decorating for the holidays, changing the color of the room, blinging up the sidebars…etc.  Oh, yes, we’re going to have a blast.  We just have to be careful that we don’t ask too much too soon.  I mean, I just found this gal, I don’t want to wear her out right off the bat. :faint

So now I want to know what you’re happy about this week…& how you did on last week’s “Mission: Possible — Say hello to everyone you meet.

I usually do say hello to everyone I meet unless I’m in Manhattan. Eye contact sometimes spells trouble there [case in point my Fulton Street station stalker]. Heck, I even say hi for no reason to my parents just because it amuses them so much.

Well, I just watched a painful loss for my soccer boys which followed last night’s Ranger preseason hockey loss. *head banging will ensue*.

What I am happy about today is lunch and Borders shopping with one of my dearest friends. 🙂 [And getting Bite today!]

    • Dee says:

I went to Borders today and got an amazing deal. I love Borders Rewards!!! I did get my copy of Bite and street-walked like the good girl I am. I even shimmied as I grabbed my copy of Bite. Don’t worry this is a normal occurrence for me. Dear God, if I ever meet my soccer boys that will be one hell of a shimmy.

Just as an FYI….my back copy still reads Sergio.

    • Heidi says:

Yay, Dee. If your soccer boys can’t win one for you, then the best way to sublimate that disappointment is with a trip to the bookstore.

So happy they had BITE & you were able to pick up a copy, as well as strut your street walkin’ stuff. :devilme Thank you, thank you!

Oh, & yes…despite my desperate request & their promise to “see what they could do” the back cover copy never did get changed. All the names are still very, very wrong. :faint But they’re right inside, if that makes a difference! LOL

      • Dee says:

Well they did win last Saturday and Tuesday. I was hoping they were on a roll, but well, they stalled. There’s always the next games…the season is from August – May. *keeping fingers crossed*

I enjoyed street walking, Dungeon style.

        :Pretty

Hey Mistress Heidi, I did a pretty good job of say hello. It’s a normal part of my routine, so that was too easy…LOL!!

I love the new Dungeon too. It has the flare of the old, and I look forward to seeing the wonderful additions in the future. I am very thankful to have it back. The last “new” one just didn’t do it for me. I wasn’t dying to go there everyday. I pop in here regularly, though I don’t comment often.

    Peace and love,
    Paula R.

    • Heidi says:

Yay on everyone being happy & pleasant…I knew that one wouldn’t be too hard for our Darlings of the Dungeon. But don’t you just hate people who wear a perpetual scowl? Yikes! :mad

And I’m glad you’re feeling happier & more comfortable with the new look. I agree 1000% & hope you’ll feel free to post anytime. Of course, if you’re busy in one of Mistress Heidi’s back cells with a Dungeon hotties & can’t be bothered to check in…. :surrprisse

    • Heidi says:

Got ’em, Hollie–whoo-hoo! I wanna get them posted, but not sure yet how I’ll do that. Either a blog post or maybe in the sidebar…

I assume you found a copy of BITE for yourself, too, right? Yippee! :eeee Let me know what you think.

  4. Heidi says:

Well, I just had the best errand running day ever, so add that to my list of happy! Everywhere I went, they had exactly what I was looking for, & most times it was even on sale! Plus some great surprises I’m very excited about. Woot!:biggestgrin

  5. Laura J. says:

Is it okay if instead of Hello to everyone, I said G’Day Mate!

Spent the day with some Roos and their joeys, Wallabies, kookaburras. Oh, and I flipped a sheep. Unfortunately, there were no Hugh Jackmans. Trust me, I was looking.
