After losing two aunts in the past week—Aunt Mary to Multiple Sclerosis & my 90-year-old great-aunt Justyne (whose daughter has MS), I am feeling extremely grateful for my health right now.

   It’s always a good week when I get my hair highlighted and cut and I feel like a new woman.. And that happened this week. I also went to see one of my BFF’s first grandchild. It is a little girl and she is a beauty. This week I am looking forward to seeing said BFF again, she is coming out to my house for a couple of days and taking me to an appointment. She is a good friend and I am so grateful and blessed to have such good friends.

   We now have Spring in Ontario and I am loving it. I finally opened the windows for the first time and let all that fresh spring air in to blow away all that stale winter air…
