Happy Valentine’s Day

Darling Hollie in The Dungeon
Welcome back to our “Meet the Darlings” feature, where we let you get to know our most dedicated Darlings of The Dungeon (i.e. frequent WIPs and Chains hanger-outers :cuffs ) a little better.
Today’s guest is a big fan, second-in-command to Darling Laura J., & crafter extraordinaire DARLING HOLLIE! Doesn’t she look good…er, I mean evil…in those horns? :winkwink
So let’s put her on The Rack & get started, shall we? :whip
How did you first learn about The Dungeon? I was surfing the internet about three years ago and stumbled into The Dungeon…so glad that I did!
Are you naughty or nice? I’m sooo naughty that I’m nice. :moon
What do you like best about being a Darling of The Dungeon? I love so many things….the whips…the flogger…hmmm….just hanging around with all of the other Darlings…and of course Heidi and Mistress Heidi!!
What is the naughtiest (i.e. most Dungeon-worthy) thing you’ve ever done? I had better not comment on that one… :muahaha
What is your favorite Heidi Betts book? I have honestly loved all of Heidi’s books that I have read! I’m especially fond of the “Chicks with Sticks” series… I have made quite a few of scarves from the patterns in the back of each book.
Mistress Heidi—cool, scary, or scary-cool? Yes!! All of the above! :peekaboo
In your everyday life, are you a Top (dominant) or a Bottom (submissive)? I think I’m a little of both! Taking turns can be fun! :cuffs
If you had to choose between the bullwhip or cat o’ nine tails, which would you rather have used for your daily punishment from Mistress Heidi? Have to be the cat o’ nine tails….meoooow!
If you were allowed to claim one Dungeon Hottie for yourself, who would it be? Just one?? Really??? Well if I could drag any one of them away from Darling Laura J. it would be… Nathan Fillion or Michael Buble, although they all have their own special something that I would love to get my hands on!
LIGHTNING-FAST LASHES ROUND:
Leather or lace? Both
Devil or angel? Oh, Devil for sure.
Angel food or devil’s food? Devil’s food.
Hemlock or arsenic? Neither. :dropmouth
Blood, sweat, or tears? Sweat…. Makes everything worth the effort. :runrun
Boxers, briefs—or commando? Commando!!
Cowgirl or missionary? Yes!!

All right, it’s up to you now. Time to get to know Darling Hollie a little better & ask her any cruel or embarrassing questions that have been niggling at the back of your brain.
Darling Hollie has also generously made a scarf (a la TANGLED UP IN LOVE & the “Chicks with Sticks” trilogy) to give away during her visit today. And to go with it, I will be giving away an autographed copy of the second “Chicks with Sticks” book, LOVES ME, LOVES ME KNOT.
U.S. residents only, please. To enter, simply leave a question or comment for Darling Hollie. As usual, the winner will be announced during our February 19th “Happy Sunday” post, so be sure to check back to see if you won!
And thank you again to Darling Hollie for being Mistress Heidi‘s victi…er, guest today. We look forward to getting to know you better! :jumping
Happy Sunday
Happy Sunday! And soon :VDay
So how did your team do last week in the Super Bowl? :winkwink
This week, I AM HAPPY that our very own Darling Hollie will be joining us on Monday, February 13th for a “Meet the Darlings“ guest blog. I’ve gotten a sneak peek at her interview, of course, & it’s a blast. Plus, she’s giving away a great little prize she made with her own two hands. (In an attempt to keep the Devil away, I suspect. You know…idle hands & all. :cuffs )
I AM HAPPY that the writing is still going well. And I’m starting to get used to working the night shift. :runrun
I AM HAPPY that iTunes exists, so that when I get a bug about a certain song, I can zip over & download it instantly. Yes, I’m just that obsessive-compulsive. This week, I re-bought Aerosmith’s “Pink,” even though I know darn well I own the flipping album :angry as well as Brandi Carlile’s “The Story,” Katy Perry’s “Hot N Cold,” & Kansas’s “Carry on Wayward Son” (thanks to my Supernatural obsessive-compulsiveness).
I AM HAPPY, too, for the Repeat button, which allows me to listen to these four songs, & only these four songs, over & over a zillion times in a row. :kitty
I AM HAPPY that the Sears repairman came out this weekend & fixed my mini refrigerator. It’s already working much better…i.e. actually getting & staying cold—gee, what a concept…& I’m no longer functioning out of a cooler with ice packs. Before you think this is too bizarre of me, I have to have a mini-fridge upstairs for Phantom Kitty’s food. She never leaves my bedroom, so I have to feed her up there, & it’s just too much trouble to run up & downstairs every five minutes…which is about how often she thinks she’s hungry. :moon
And last but not least I AM HAPPY that IFC has started to replay Action. Does anyone remember this super-funny Jay Mohr sitcom that was cancelled (by dumbass Fox! :curses ) after only a handful of episodes? It was raunchy as all get out, but hilarious! So I’m enjoying it all over again. I’ve also just discovered that the entire (again, very short-lived) series is out on DVD, so I may have to add it to my Want List. At the very least, it’s already on my Think About It list. :muahaha
So how about you? What’s on your list this week—Gratitude, Want, Think About It, or Other…? :winkwink

Now to announce the winner of our latest Free Book Friday giveaway, the Valentine-themed Harlequin Blaze Not Another Blind Date… by Janelle Denison, Leslie Kelly, & Jo Leigh…

:twirl Anne!!! :twirl
Congratulations, Anne! :thumbsup Please contact me with your full name & mailing information, & I’ll get your book out to you as soon as I can! (Fair warning: I am currently very low on/out of mailers, so this may take me longer than usual. Luckily, the thicker books are the ones causing me problems…this smaller one may not be as much of an issue. :winkwink )
