cracked ice
1/4 cup vodka
1/4 cup ruby red grapefruit juice
3 tablespoons cranberry juice
lime wedge (optional)

Fill tall glass with ice.
Add vodka, then juices. Stir to mix.
If desired, garnish with lime wedge.
