readers who rock
Our next candidate for “Reader of the Week” would have to be sometimes-Darling Brooke C. (I’m sure she’s always darling, but she only pops into The Dungeon occasionally) who recently won a copy of THE BITE BEFORE CHRISTMAS from Yours Truly, then popped back in on a “Happy Sunday” post to say:
“I’m very happy that my copy of THE BITE BEFORE CHRISTMAS, from your giveaway, arrived last week. I started reading it yesterday and absolutely love it! I had a really hard time putting it down and I’m already looking forward to some free time when I can read the rest.
I’ve never read a paranormal romance before, but it’s so fun and witty that I barely notice that it’s about vampires. I’ve already bought MUST LOVE VAMPIRES, and I’ll have to read that next, since I know your vampires romances are so great! Thanks again!”

The emoticons above are Darling Brooke‘s, but I’ve got to add a few of my own at her lovely, smile-inducing words…
THANK YOU, BROOKE! :green20
If you haven’t read my sexy, funny vampire romances yet, they’re still available—mostly in digital, as the paperback editions are out-of-print, but you can still get them for your e-reader. :green28

And if you liked last week’s Hefty commercial, you’re going to looooove this one… :green28
Happy Sunday
Happy Sunday! What have you got to be happy &/or thankful about this week?
Well, I AM HAPPY that it’s finally Spring! Officially, anyway, even if the temperature doesn’t seem to be falling in line very quickly. Fingers crossed Mother Nature gets with the program soon. :green3
I AM HAPPY that I recorded Star Trek & Star Trek: Into Darkness, & that y’all talked me into finally watching them. I’ve really been enjoying them!
For one thing, they’re brimming over with hotties I never expected to find. I knew about Chris Pine, but Karl Urban? Chris Hemsworth? Eric Bana? No one ever told me they were involved or I’d have probably watched these movies much sooner! :green27
For another, they’re absolutely hilarious. Okay, so maybe they’re not supposed to be funny, but the comic relief is outstanding, especially between Kirk (Pine) & McCoy (Urban). I’ve been laughing way more than I ever thought I would. All in all, I totally wish I’d gotten around to seeing them sooner. :green21
I AM HAPPY that I got The Dungeon sidebar (look right –>) updated. A little bit for Spring, a little bit just for fun. :green25 Soon I’ll have to work on getting new Spring/Easter emoticons added to our blog!
And last but not least, I AM HAPPY that Karma finally came around to bite somebody in the ass who richly deserved it. Sorry, but it’s true. (And don’t worry, it’s no one you know. :green13 ) I’m only sorry it took so darn long; I’m more a fan of Instant Karma—or at least the Quick Oats/microwaveable kind. :green30
But better late than never, right? :green5
How about the rest of you? What are you feeling good about this week that you’d like to share? Whatever you have to be grateful for, we’re listening! :green12
