Three men were out walking in the wilderness and came upon a very violent, raging river.

They needed to get to the other side, so the first man prayed, “God, please give me the strength to make it safely across.”

Poof!  God gave him big arms and strong legs, and he was able to swim across in two hours.

Having seen this, the next man prayed, “God, please give me the strength and the tools to make it safely across.”

Poof!  God gave him a boat and he was able to row across in just one hour.

The third man prayed, “God, please give me the strength, the tools, and the intelligence to make it safely across.”

Poof!  God turned him into a woman.  She looked at the map, hiked five minutes upstream, and walked across the bridge.

Let’s not even talk about the fact that it’s December already.  I’m going to stick my head in the snow & pretend it’s not true, but I won’t let that keep you from picking a Christmas Hunk of the Month for the WIPs and Chains sidebar!
