Happy Sunday
How are you doing this weekend? Enjoying the heat…or the rain? Or wishing it would get cooler…or dryer? :snickerdog
This week, I AM HAPPY to have my revisions for PROJECT: RUNAWAY BRIDE finished & turned in. They were both easier & more difficult than I expected—depending on what needed to be done—& now that’s one more item crossed of my To Do list.
Only 6,458,972 to go. :rundogrun

I am glad and sad that the week is over.. I started out last weekend being with all my gal pals.. This is something we don’t get to do very often anymore. Then on Monday most of Southern Ontario was hit with the Storm of Storms.. In just a few minuets flooding was the likes of what we had not seen since Hurricane Hazel in 1954.. People were trapped in vehicles and trains. House were flooded out and thank god no lives were lost. When I arrived home after my fantastic weekend, the bathroom was full of water.. I live in a basement apartment. Thank god that is the only place I had water and it was easy to clean up.. Then on Wednesday night we had another freak storm.. Hail as big as golf balls and again rain in the bathroom. But I was prepared this time.. Lots of towels went down to sop up the water… Now we have heat, lots of humid heat… and more to come.. :goldenwag Oh well the sun is shinning, I guess we have to be happy for that.. And I have lots of good books to keep me in my nice cool basement… :puppywag

I’m with you, Kathleen. The weather is completely freaky this year. Around here, it’s been unbearably hot & humid, but at the same time we’ve gotten tons of rain & flooding. I guess some of the areas that got hit the worst hadn’t seen that kind of flooding in 40 or 50 years!
I vote for just a nice happy-medium all over the place. Nothing crazy or cranky-inducing. :oopsiedaisy

I am happy that we have finally gotten some warm weather so we can use our pool without fear of hypothermia! I’m also happy that it is still summer vacation! :goteam
