I just realized I never posted a Drink of the Month for October. :scaredcat

But what better time to drink something ghoulish, right? :bloodyeye

Dead-Eye Martini

2 small radishes
1 pimiento-stuffed green olive
1 1/2 oz. gin
melon liqueur
dry vermouth
white grape juice

Using a knife, scrape skin off radishes, leaving some skin to create veiny look.
Cut olive in half crosswise.
Using a small melon-baller, create a hole in each radish. Insert olive half in each, flat side facing out, to create eyes.  Place in martini glass.
In a cocktail shaker, combine gin and a splash each of melon liqueur, vermouth, and grape juice.
Pour into glass & scare all of your friends. :stayback
