Drink of the Month
Lavender Lime Tea
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups crushed fresh (pesticide-free) lavender flowers
6 ounces frozen limeade concentrate
5 lavender flower sprigs
Directions:
Bring 8 cups water to a boil.
Place lavender flowers in a small teapot or bowl. Pour boiling water over the flowers & steep, covered, for at least 10 minutes or until cool.
Meanwhile, prepare limeade in a large pitcher according to package directions.
Strain lavender tea into limeade.
Serve tea in tall, ice-filled glasses, garnished with flower sprigs.

Oh I just love this drink.. I will have to take the ingredients for this when we have our ‘Gal Pal” weekend this year… I think they will all love it. Of course a little Vodka might go in my mistake.. :lolol

LOL Hey, I won’t tell anybody if you accidentally spill some vodka in the pitcher. :patrick I actually think that sounds kinda good.
I’m actually quite enamored of the Pucker Vodka commercials. Must get me somea that to try! :cool
