Happy Sunday

I’m still in deep recovery mode, likely snoozing away under the influence of heavy-duty painkillers.

So I am once again relying on My Darlings to take the reins & run our Happy Sunday post as though I were here.  Start sharing everything you’re happy about & grateful for this week! :dancingbat

And if you’re here to see if you’ve won something—never fear!  I will be posting the winners of all my recent Free Book Friday giveaways one of these Sundays as soon as I’m feeling a little better.  So keep checking back! :fuzzydice

Hope you are feeling better everyday. 🙂

I am happy my bathroom is just about done being painted, and I can put my shelves back up soon. I picked out a pretty green color for the walls and my hubby doesn’t like it all that much. Maybe that’s why he’s been taking his sweet time getting it done. lol

I’m happy that my brother and his wife are coming for a visit next month.

I am happy that I found a box of Chai Latte at my local supermarket yesterday and didn’t have to go 3 miles away to another store to find it. lol

I’m happy that your on the road to recovery and soon this will all be behind you.

For me…I got to go see my oldest this weekend and so far so good at school (he can’t stand the party’ing going on though). Then on Saturday my hubby (the real one) and I celebrated our anniversary with a very nice dinner at a very nice restaurant with to-die for Potatoes Au Gratin (and which I now have the recipe for!!!!)

B’Girl made straight A+s on her report card (and the only one in her class to do so!! ) and the T’Man (my middle son) made the honor roll. That’s a big deal since we have had issues to overcome. Moving him to a school where a principal expects the best from her teachers and teachers who expect the best from their kids. It’s amazing what a year and half difference in this new school has made.
