Happy Sunday, my Darlings! Are you having a good week so far?
This week, I AM HAPPY with the results of a rather stressful situation that’s been ongoing. I can’t be sure it’s 100% over & done with, but at the moment, it seems to be moving in a positive direction, & for that I am hugely, amazingly grateful!
I AM HAPPY that—as I mentioned on Thursday—Top Secret Project #2 is finished & turned in! :may14 Total Happy Dance time! :may22 I really loved this story. I felt like I had something great as I was writing, but then when I read back over it to proof & polish, it was even better! :may18 I just can’t wait for this to all come together so I can finally share with the world!
I AM HAPPY, too, that the plotting & details for Top Secret Project #3 are starting to come together. I thought I had the general storyline down, but then a few things popped up while I was working on #2, so I have to revamp. They’re good changes, though, so I know it’s going to make the story even stronger. :may35
How about you? What are you HAPPY about this week? What happened this week that you’re grateful for & want to take the time to say thank you for?
Whatever it is, I hope you’ll share! :may7

Sounds like you have much to be happy about.
I am happy that I was able to get hubby a few things for his birthday next month without him knowing about them this year. I bought him some camping/outdoor gadgets like a new knife with a fire starter/whistle and bungee cord keychain that has a tiny fire starting kit and fishing line inside the middle of it. Men love those weirdo outdoor gadgets lol
I love that he’ll want to go camping/fishing after getting these things and he and my brother will go off and do the camping thing while me and my sister in law will get some alone time to read some more.

Thanks, Dee. It was a rough summer, lmty. And it’s neighborhood-related, so even tho the “bad thing” has stopped, the tension & animosity is ongoing. Fun! :May37
Ooh, where are you going for vacay? I hope you have a great time & a fun trip! :may14

I’m so happy that, having had to spend some 14 days in the wild highlands of Scotland, I suddenly started writing again and produced a whole new chapter. Thank goodness, I’d only revised the previous one about nineteen times, ha ha!
Some parts of the world really do inspire creativity. Being stuck there with no transport, mist on the loch and a wee dram of whisky helps of course…

I’m with you, Jennifer. Wish *I* could take a trip to Scotland for a bit of inspiration. But I’m glad you had a good time & came home inspired! :may21
