   Well it is not cheating cause they are not in cmtimtoed relationship. He would not be with just her so why should she worry about just being with him unless she told him he was only one. It really depends on the situation and what she considered him to be. But generally it is not cheating cause it there is already cheating going on in the relationship anyway. So unless he is her sugar-daddy and he keeping her up and taking care of her then no not cheating and guy has nothing to bitch about cause he is the one cheating on his wife.
