Free Book Friday (with a side of Funny) – New Year’s Edition

This week’s Free Book Friday giveaway is a never-claimed title from November & one of my personal Keeper Shelf faves :pumpkin —Once a Princess by Johanna Lindsey.  A great book to kick off the new year, let me tell you! :tsspp

To enter the giveaway for this book, simply leave a comment to today’s post that includes the code FBF—for “Free Book Friday,” of course—to let me know you’re interested in the drawing. (U.S. residents only for the prize, please, but everyone is welcome to chat.)

PhotobucketWinner will be announced during our Happy Sunday post on…well, you know, Sunday.  (This Sunday is New Year’s Day, so the announcement will go up with that post…& I’ll give the winner a little extra time to sober up before she checks in. *g*)

Winner is responsible for contacting me with her mailing information—i.e. I will not be contacting you—so be sure to check back in or you might not even know you won! :reindeer

(If prize isn’t claimed within 14 days, another name may be drawn or item may be tossed back into the goody bag to be re-used for a future giveaway.)

I hope everyone has a happy and safe New year.

(I saw the right sidebar, I hoping to watch Firefly during the long weekend too. Last week end was Lord of the Rings (the extended versions) and all three Mummy films).

    • Cathy Ward says:

Anne, you have great taste in movies. I’m going to my sister’s soon to recover from surgery and she doesn’t know it yet but she’s gonna see LOTR for the first time. LOL

      • Heidi says:

Good luck with your upcoming surgery, Cathy! I’d ask what kind, but don’t want to pry if it’s of the personal sort. (Tho you saw how shy I was about sharing the details of my own! :booby )

No matter what kind, tho, it’s never fun. Will be thinking about you & wishing you well. Let us know when you’ll be away from The Dungeon for the procedure, okay? :candycane

    • Heidi says:

I’m almost ashamed to admit it, but I’ve never seen the LotR movies. :reindeer It’s on my list…like my Bucket List, or perhaps my unofficial list of New Year’s Resolutions. One of these days, I swear. One of these days… :hohoho
