Free Book Friday (with a side of Funny)

This week, I’m giving away The Dangers of Deceiving a Viscount by Julia London.

To enter the giveaway for this book, simply leave a comment to today’s post that includes the code FBF—for “Free Book Friday,” of course—to let me know you’re interested in the drawing. (U.S. residents only for the prize, please, but everyone is welcome to chat.)

Winner will be announced during our Happy Sunday post on…well, you know, Sunday. Winner is responsible for contacting me with her mailing information—i.e. I will not be contacting you—so be sure to check back in or you might not even know you won! :uhoh Β  (If prize isn’t claimed within 14 days, another name may be drawn or item may be tossed back into the goody bag to be re-used for a future giveaway.)

Working in a high school the past few years, I thought I’d heard all of the Chuck Norris jokes…I was wrong. That was funny! So was the nurse one, because in our small rural community, we joke that the doctors need more training. LOL Would love to win Julia’s Book. If not, maybe one of yours! πŸ˜‰

    • Heidi says:

Definitely stay tuned, Diana…I give away *a lot* of my own books around here. Sometimes on Fridays, sometimes just for the heck of it! :money

Fabulous, June—so glad to have you! And we just changed up the emoticons…they’re in honor of my October Brava, MUST LOVE VAMPIRES. (It’s set in Las Vegas, which is why there are also gambling & showgirl ones. :jack )

  26. Heidi says:

Oy. A thunderstorm knocked the power out for over 4hrs. If I hadn’t been down in the basement, holding a flashlight while the hot water heater was repaired, I might have gone stark raving mad! :vamp2

Thank goodness *you guys* still had power & could enter the FBF giveaway, though…that’s what really matters. :lucky7

  30. Heidi says:

Love how many people we’ve got tossing their names in the cape (oh, come on…how many vampires do you know who wear hats? :biteyou ) for Julia’s book.

Just PLEASE, PLEASE remember to stop back on Sunday when I’ll announce the winner. I don’t have time to track people down every week, & if you knew how badly Mercury in Retrograde is kicking my a$$ right now, you’d be extremely impressed that I haven’t already gone catatonic. :purplebat
