Drink of the Month

The Zombie

1 ounce dark rum
1 ounce light rum
1 ounce gold rum
1 ounce apricot brandy
1 ounce pineapple juice
1 ounce papaya juice
1 ounce lime juice
1 teaspoon superfine sugar
dash of grenadine
dash of bitters
1/2 ounce Bacardi 151
mint sprig
pineapple chunks
maraschino cherries

Shake all of the juice, dark rum, light rum, gold rum, apricot brandy, bitters, sugar, and grenadine in a shaker with ice.
Strain it into a hurricane glass with fresh ice.
Float a lid of the over-proof rum (Bacardi 151) and garnish with the fruit and mint.

(Note:  You can light the lid of Bacardi 151 to make a Flaming Zombie.)

      Kind of like Long Island Ice Tea, right? Doesn’t taste like alcohol, yet it’s nothing but. :lipstick (But gotta be careful. :animlaughing )
