drink of the month
Cupid’s Cup
Ingredients:
1 part St. Germain elderflower liqueur
2 parts vodka, citrus vodka or Hendricks gin
3/4 part fresh lemon juice
1/4 shot simple syrup
1 part muddled strawberry
top with Brut Rosé Sparkling Wine
strawberry for garnish
Preparation:
Shake & strain over fresh rocks in a Collins glass.
Top with Brut Rose or Brut Champagne.
Garnish with a strawberry.

I’m going to need about six of these. Just came in from shoveling the walk, the drive, & the deck…most of which haven’t been shoveled *at all* yet this year. And waiting until everything had a 1/2″ layer of ice on top was truly brilliant planning on my part. :beerlaugh
But now I’m exhausted, a little grumpy, & since I did it before breakfast, starving! :chocolate
