Happy Sunday, everyone!
How are you feeling this week? I’m hoping the answer is HAPPY & GRATEFUL & WONDERFUL, & that you’re ready to tell us all about it! :dancin:
It’s been a busy week, but I’ve still got much to be thankful for.
Like Halloween… I AM HAPPY that there’s so much great Halloween stuff on TV right now for the holidays: Wrong Turn, Dawn of the Dead, a massive The Walking Dead marathon, Hocus Pocus… I’m a sucker for horror movies & things that go bump in the night, that’s for sure. :stinky:
I AM HAPPY that I’ve finished Kay Hooper’s Hostage already & am planning to pick up Haunted next. And in case I didn’t mention it, I’m still grateful that when I was in a bit of a reading slump, I happened to pick up Best Kept Secrets by Sandra Brown, which pulled me right out of it. So good, even if it was a tad dated with all of the fur coats (evil—bah! :vampire: ) & smoking.
I AM HAPPY, too, that I finally unpacked The Kittehs‘ “tree house” climber & got it set up on the back of the mudroom door. I’d sort of forgotten about it, & I definitely forgot how much they love it. (Bad Cat Mama. :voodoo: ) The minute I got it hung up & they spotted it, they were in & out & all over it, having a blast. And I usually find at least one kitteh sleeping in it at some point during the day. :cathat:
And last but not least, I got the outside air conditioner thingiemajig covered. Been meaning to do that now that Summer is officially (SOB!) behind us, but kept forgetting. Of course, a day or two after I got it covered & turned off the breaker, it got warm again. Sheesh. Thank goodness it didn’t get quite “air conditioning” warm, though. :bubbles:
