Spiced Caramel Apple Cocktail

2 oz. Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur
1 oz. Van Gogh Dutch Caramel Vodka
3 ounces apple cider
1 dash lemon juice
agave syrup
gingersnap cookie crumbs

Rim a martini glass with agave syrup and crumbled gingersnap cookies.
In a cocktail shaker, combine cocktail ingredients with ice. Shake well.
Strain into prepared martini glass and serve.

Sounds just about perfect for the first month of (supposedly) Fall, don’t you think? :may29

    I love apples, but I am not fond of caramel.. But sounds good.

      I like caramel, but will be the first to admit it’s a funny thing. Sometimes it’s *so good* & other times it’s yuck. :May37 Maybe it has to do with quality or ingredients or something.
