Drink of the Month
Cookies & Irish Cream Milkshake
3 large chocolate chip cookies
2 1/2 cups coffee ice cream
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup Irish cream liqueur (such as Bailey’s Irish Cream)
6 ice cubes
Break up 2 cookies into blender. Add ice cream, milk, liqueur, and ice cubes. Cover; puree until almost smooth, leaving some small pieces of cookie, if possible.
Divide between two glasses. Crumble remaining cookie, sprinkle over milkshake, and serve! :may29

September 5, 2011hahaha!! Reminds me of a few years ago when my son had to draw a pic and write about his holiday, like you we’d done lots of exctiing things but he drew a picture of Marks and Spencer and wrote about when we’d bumped into his teacher in there! kids eh?
