This month’s Drink of the Month is a delicious classic to kick off the Summer months…

Piña Colada


Ingredients:

4 – 6 crushed ice cubes
2 measures white rum
1 measure dark rum
3 measures pineapple juice
2 measures coconut cream
pineapple wedges to decorate

Directions:

Place crushed ice in blender.
Add white rum, dark rum, pineapple juice, & coconut cream.
Blend until smooth.
Without straining, pour into a tall, chilled glass.
Decorate with pineapple wedges speared on toothpick.
